Welcome to the power of your senses!
Did you know that your physical brain on its own has zero sense of the outside world? It relies entirely on the input it receives from your senses! So quite truly, your interaction with your own senses shapes your reality and how you react with the world around you.
Course structure:
Getting back in tune with ourselves is slow and gentle work, be patient.
This course is designed to take one class each day, over 5 consecutive days. I highly recommend taking each class early in the day, so that you can feel the effects it has on you as you go about daily life, and have some time to honor the sense of the day.
Each session is short (most under 20 minutes) so that even if you are busy, you can fit it in.
For this series, we will be focused on the main 5: smell, sight, taste, touch and sound. I acknowledge all bodies are different, so I want to upfront and clear on what senses this course focuses on.
