Tips for success:
Always read the caption below the video first. I try to avoid long introductions inside the video as I want you to be able to revisit these practices anytime without sitting through explanations every time. The point is to access the healing and relief you need, the moment you need it.
Allow any and all feelings or sensations that come up to just be, don’t attempt to push them back, block them or fix them. Somatic work is all about allowing experiences or emotions the space to move through and out of your system.
Through the rest of your day after completing any class or technique, take note of how your thoughts, feelings or physical sensations shift. Having a notebook handy to write down what comes up is a fantastic support tool.
Everything is energy, and water is a great conductor, be sure you are hydrating before and after any somatic practice to encourage the flow of energy.
