Mini breathwork/shaking Anti Anxiety

Anxiety and stress can actually be very beneficial under the right circumstances: If you are in danger, they can activate the adrenaline needed to get you to safety. Anxiety’s original intent is actually to help you, but in this day and age of over stimulation and constant stress, which are not threats actually trying to end us, the anxiety gets stuck.

Finding safe ways to mobilize the internal energy of anxiety and stress is the best way to retrain your system. In this video we use shaking our body to give anxiety a pathway to release. We finish with grounding breathwork to then show our system that we are safe and secure. The more you do these types of practices for anxiety, it will begin forming new neural pathways, retraining your brain and your body to understand the differences of real life threats and perceived threats.
