Tips for success:

  • Everything is energy, and water is a great conductor, be sure you are hydrating before and after any somatic practice to encourage the flow of energy.

  • Allow any and all feelings or sensations that come up to just be, don’t attempt to push them back, block them or fix them. Somatic work is all about allowing experiences or emotions be felt and released. Remember, you cannot let go of something you haven’t allowed in.

  • Through the rest of your day after completing any class or technique, take note of how your thoughts, feelings or physical sensations shift.
