In this course you are gently guided through connecting to the world around you as well as your internal landscape, through smell, sight, taste, touch and sound. Each day has a short practice and a reflection sheet to help guide and track your experience.
This is a pre-recorded course, to be done over 5 consecutive days, and is a fantastic place to start if you are curious about somatic work.
