Allow In the Life You Want

This session is not about releasing or letting go, we are not focusing on any form of past. This session is entirely focused on receiving, allowing in and feeling safe in our bodies to do so.

We can spend so much time curled in on ourselves; protective, defensive or afraid. We can be afraid of failure or disappointment, not wanting to really try for what we want.

In this session I want you to focus on something positive you want to see or do in your life. As you move through the session, you will be showing your body what it feels like to feel safe in its ability to take up space, safe to open up to positive goals and life experiences.
