William Shakespear spoke of how the eyes are the window to the soul. What the eyes witness and how they shape the human experience has been studied and discussed for ages. They are such an important player in the human experience and have a significant impact on our individual realities.

So lets honor our gift of sight, and really bring focus to how what we see impacts our entire reality. This is another very in depth sense and subject, but we are simply going to brush the surface in this series. We start by simply bringing our attention to what we see, what brings joy and what may cause distress in our daily lives. When you can acknowledge the input to your system, it can awaken further levels of understanding yourself.

We will also see how simple specific physical movement of our eyes can help us focus, relax and declutter our mind.
